തിരുവനന്തപുരം: പാലക്കാട് പേ വിഷബാധയേറ്റ് 19 വയസുകാരി മരണമടഞ്ഞ സംഭവത്തില് അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് നല്കാന് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് മന്ത്രി വീണാ ജോര്ജ് ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടര്ക്ക് നിര്ദേശം നല്കി. പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലാ സര്വയലന്സ് ഓഫീസറുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില് റാപ്പിഡ് റെസ്പോണ്സ് ടീം രൂപീകരിച്ച് വിശദമായ അന്വേഷണം നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
